A Redesigned Outlook.com Android App

Microsoft launched the latest version of Android app for Outlook.com. The app is considered to be the next generation of email. Microsoft have gone beyond to make sure that users can access the app not just from the net, but even from other devices including iPod touch, iPad, and iPhone. The app was first launched last November but as admitted to being “behind” Microsoft has given this new version a refresh. 1. Launch from your home screen the Settings app
2. Scroll down then tap on Mail, Contacts, and Calendars
3. Tap on Add Account
4. Tap on Hotmail
5. Enter Outlook.com e-mail address and password
6. Select what you would like to Sync

Tips

• You can filter your email (unread, flagged, all) by clicking the inbox located in the top menu
• You can access your custom and standard folders by clicking on the top left Menu.

• To view junk, trash, sent, and custom folders, go to the app menu then select Account Settings, Folders then refresh folders. Then, select from the list which folder would you like to sync for you to receive updates
