Will your phone get an Android Jelly Bean 4.1 update

The new Android Jelly Bean OS is so good that every one with a android smart phone wants an update to it.So in this post you will know ,What are manufacturers upto.

Samsung

Samsung Galaxy SIII will get jelly bean update but not yet it will take time specially the US versions. AsGalaxy SII and Galaxy Note are also capable of running Android Jelly Bean 4.1 what they are getting a jelly bean update yet. Rumours claim that after the release of Galaxy Note 2 a Android Jelly Bean Phone Samsung will update Note 1.The update of Galaxy SII & Galaxy Note will take too much time and will be more a value pack update than fully functional jelly bean.

HTC

are likely to get a update which will be a mixture of  HTC Sense 4 And Android Jelly bean 4.1. No Proper time frame is not yet announced.HTC also working on Jelly Bean powered tablet

LG is working hard to update its devices to latest Jelly bean yet these 3 devices are on the list to be updated hope for more in future.

Sony

Sony has not yet announced any thing about the update. This is what answer I got From Sony’s representative ”Since it was only just announced we have no information on Android 4.1, Jelly Bean. At the moment we’re concentrating on delivering Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) to our current supported range”

Motorola

Motorola RAZR MAXX & all the devices after it will be updated to Jelly Bean, Motorola  Photon & Motorola  Bionic can run Jelly Bean with ease and will be updated.

Tablets

Samsungpromises to release 11 new tablets with Android Jelly Bean running in them plus will update 1 third of its old tablets to Jelly Bean.

Acer & Asus will update all their tablet with Tegra 3 processor to Jelly Bean
