Reports claim that social media giant Facebook and HTC are working toghether on a Facebook based Smartphone and it may debut in mid of 2013. Bloomberg claims that the device was to be launched this year but it was pushed to next year.
Facebook is working on modified OS based on Facebook.The device will be designed for the Facebook addicted lovers
The OS will be a modified version of Android ,and users can fully integrate with their facebook calls .Enabling making making calls and texts to facebook friends just like you do it with your ordinary phone.
This is not the first time HTC has launched 2 phones Chacha & Salsa with dedicated Facebooik buttons but this phone will be different.
No official specs aur pictures yet leaked aur announced the pictures you are viewing are only a concept presented by Michal Bonikowski.
Here are some concept based specs:
- 4.5 inch HD display,
- Dual core Snapdragon S4 CPU (1.5 GHz)
- 8GB of storage or maybe 16GB
- plus a Facebook cloud storage service, thatwill offer maybe 100GB
- 1.3MP or 2MP front camera
- 8MP Rear camera
- 1GB of RAM
- NFC and LTE are optional
- FB button for a Home button
