Google recently released the latest android platform, jellybean. As a competitor Apple also released the new iOS6 operating system. Both the software’s have their own benefits. But the release of this new software into the market has left people in a great dilemma. They are unable to decide which one to opt for. So to avoid this confusion let’s have a clear look at iOS6 vs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

iOS6 vs. jellybean:

Maps:

Apple has its own maps like Google and Microsoft. It provides the facility of 3D maps by which you can have close look on the location when lost in the middle of a busy metropolis. But it lacks in providing the best directions whereas Google maps in jelly bean has a better search according to the street view.

Browser:

iOS has new icloud tabs that can unify the browser across various iOS and Os devices. It doesn’t offer the same tab view on all the browsers while chrome on android offers tab synchronisation as there are many desktop users.

Facebook:

It is integrated with iOS which allows you to update you status, upload images and sync contacts on the other hand android is rated as good for Facebook as you call pull all friends into the contact list of the phone.

Voice:

siri in iOS6 has added many features compared to iOS5 and can pull data from sources like sports; movies in useful ways and has an interface for car audio system, but with the help of jellybean, the android speech recognition had a greater impact which can even recognise voice input in offline mode.

Payments:

With the help of passbook iOS you can integrate both tickets and credit rewards into a single app while Google wallet includes all the mobile bills, rewards and offers.

Chat:

Apple can make a video chat with the help of Wi-Fi but this works only with other apple devices whereas android can provide the universal chat with anybody who has Gmail account.

Call features:

iOS6 can filter your calls based on priority and includes do not a disturb service which is beneficial for power users. Android allows to keep quick auto replies but it fails to enter the specific contacts into do not disturb mode.

Message:

iOS message is a beta feature that can share messages between phones, laptops and tablets. You cannot guarantee the arrival of the message to the connected devices. Android, with the aid of Gchat, allows you to send messages to all associated devices reliably and quickly.

Icons:

Apple is lacking in providing the dynamic app icons, badges informs when there is any new message, emails or notifications. Android works with widgets and allows fair customisation for emails, weather or calendar updates.

Media streaming:

iOS6 has Airplay which enables you to push music from devices into the airplay speakers, routers and to an Apple TV. On the other hand with the introduction of Nexus Google is improving its streaming standard. It takes both audio and video streams and can distribute them to televisions and speakers.
This was a short review between iOS6 vs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, but iOS6 vs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Jelly Bean is best.
