Currently Samsung is getting prepared release Android Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S3 I9300 devices at the end of the month or in early September. But there is a good news for Samsung Galaxy S2 owners . It is Confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 will get the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update.
The Jelly Bean update is in Kies Testing face as Samsung developers are working to make a fusion of Touch Wiz and S2 so that the update could run smoothly.
The Android Jelly Bean 4.1 update for Galaxy S2 is expected to be released in October or November this year. As always the update will take few addition months to be available around the Globe.
Samsung Sweden confirms the Galaxy S2 and Galaxy S3 are the only devices getting Jelly Bean by November. The S2 LTE, S Advance, and Galaxy Tab 10.1 are to be updated to ICS sometime in Q4, while the original Galaxy S will get Android 2.3.6 in October-November
This slow and late updates problems will be solved when new Android Version Android 4.2 Key Lime Pie will be released because Google on I/O 2012 announced that it will provide the manufacturers the new Android version 2 months before it is released . Hope thi happens and this Firmaware update problem comes to a end.
